Cancelling an order
Due to our automated order process, cancellations are generally no longer possible once the purchase has been completed.
Non-returnable items
All BE YOU products are printed on demand in Germany. This means that each product is only produced/printed once an order has been received. This way of working turns every BE YOU product into a personalised product that cannot be returned, unless the product you receive is damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Therefore contact us at info@beyou-streetwear.com with your order number, date of reception and pictures of the damage. We will evaluate the issue with the manufacturer and inform you per mail, whether the issue is or is not accepted as damage on our part.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The damaged item will be replaced as soon as possible, with the same item you ordered.
