Shipping policy

BE YOU only ships within Europe, every delivery with a tracking number. 

Free shipping from a purchase value of CHF 150 for all customers. 

For orders with a destination in Switzerland, we offer a 15% discount on a purchase value above CHF 180 as compensation for the import tax. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Average delivery time lies between 10-15 workdays, due to our production-on-demand way of working. (That means products are only made after an order has been finalised)
Delivery times may vary for countries outside the European Union due to customs clearance.

Please note that the warehouse and production facility from which the products are dispatched is located in Germany. This means that additional regional taxes and customs duties may apply for countries outside the European Union. Depending on the delivery company, you will have to pay when the order is delivered, or you will receive a letter with an invoice from the delivery company afterwards.
